I don't like to brag but I visited Oxbow brewery in the woods of Maine and I bought some beer with lobster in it.
Pimientos: shishito peppers, olive oil, sea salt
Maiz Asado: grilled corn, alioli, lime, espelette, aged cheese
Squid ink something something
Things were going well until I got the bill. It's weird the 20% I usually tip went down by about 9%, you know for my wellness and recovery. Get real!
