Tonight we had dinner at Flintcreek Cattle Co. in Seattle.
Today apparently I thought to myself "I am hungry for an $87 steak that isn't even very big."
This was the "24oz Prime, Pure Country, 21 day dry-aged from Delmonico, Moses Lake, WA." There was a steak on the menu for $145 so you see, I'm somewhat of a bargain hunter.
Insult to injury is that this steak didn't even come with any sides!
For dessert Lydia and I split a... split.
"Bruleed banana split, tin roof ice cream, chocolate brownie, candied pecans, caramel sauce, brandied cherries."
That was nice but I think this is a one time adventure. It's hard to find a non-ridiculous steak place around here.
At least one of the tables was this cool butcher's block looking piece of worn wood.
Goodbye, 87 dollars. I barely knew ye.
