Bellevue Square Mall being all crowded and jacked up by the parade yesterday gave us an idea... we could be part of that mess ourselves tonight!
They call the parade Snowflake Lane, which is an apt description of costumed people traipsing back and forth on the street in front of the mall.
I got weird with it after the parade and bought a brand new fruit: a melon kiwano!
I didn't feel like I got $10 of flavor out of this thing. Oh well.
We got the apartment all cozy and ready for Santy. After having a gas fireplace in St. Louis for years it's weird to actually have to deal with burning solids in our current fireplace. It's a heck of a lot messier, I'll tell you.
