Yet again I found a promising promotion, shared it with my crew, and then they won the damn prize and I didn't get anything!
I saw this Michelob Ultra contest at the fancy Schnucks in Frontenac. Lydia commented on how she really wanted to win this one. I assume that I won't win any of them so I pretty much just sign up and then forget about it.
Anyway not only did Lydia win the Peloton it came with a lot of bells and whistles: a pair of shoes, headphones, weights, heart rate monitor, bike mat, and they even delivered the bike and set it up for free! I get to ride it so it's sort of a win for me too I suppose. There's classes where a stranger yells at you to bike faster, but my favorite is the rides through national parks and other famous places.
She was less excited when she got the tax paperwork. I don't think that I've ever won something that expensive, so that was a new one for me.
