My old friend Justin invited me to Las Vegas where his dad has retired. I try to accept as many such invitations as I can, plus Justin sweetened the deal by offering lodging. It is decided.
Justin picked me up from the airport and we went straight to In-N-Out Burger. I'm not as wild about them as some people but it's still fun because we don't have them in St. Louis.

Justin had a few other friends with him and they bought tickets to do a zip line down Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas.
I volunteered for camera man duty and waited below to get some video of them zooming by. I waited and waited. Nobody ever came. They were having technical difficulties and closed for the day. Lame! We got to watch the world-class Fremont Street Experience and hit some casinos though so I wasn't complaining too much.
