My parents performed an exceptional feat of awesomeness and drove my car from Springfield, Illinois to Seattle. Beastly. As their reward I'm going to play tour guide for them in this city I've lived in for about two days. What could go wrong.
Kirkland Urban, the little shopping/apartment complex thing walking distance from the apartment is so fancy that there are free towels set up for the kids that run around in the fountains out front. This is something that would just be impossible in St. Louis.
My mom is like a fried chicken connoisseur so we took her to local chicken chain Ezell's Famous Chicken. It was pretty solid I thought. The rolls were especially fancy.
