Well we were out of tequila so the only thing left to do was to say adios to Guadalajara and return north.
I was digging the Star Wars/United Airlines tie-in.
Did a little bit of lounging with some local beer, as is my custom.
The lounge also had some flan!
So as I've mentioned a couple of times now we got bumped from our flight to Mexico due to some weird police incident, so while United was booking us a new flight to Mexcio, we had them book us a later flight back as well. Turns out that flight was full except for first class, so we got bumped up! It was tiny domestic not-that-great first class but I wasn't complaining.
We got a really young flight attendant who didn't seem to know what the heck she was doing. Lydia ordered a red wine and the girl brought it in what looked like a soda glass filled to the brim! It was a very healthy pour.
I don't usually go to the same country twice due to my holy "every country" quest, but I'm glad I made an exception for Tequila. It was a pretty great trip.
